Works on site are scheduled to commence from Q1, 2025.

From March 2025, the existing retailers will vacate as the buildings and car park on the corner of Manning & Wellington St will be demolished to facilitate site works.
From Apr – Sept 2025 excavation will occur for the 2 levels of basement and construction of the piling system to the basement perimeter.
Construction will then continue from Sept 2025, with anticipated completion in Q4 2026.
