Exceptional placemaking takes a collaboration of imagination. To bring the ambitious Mos Lane vision to life, ADC has assembled Australia’s finest most influential, city-shaping, globally recognised leaders to ensure we can achieve a truly elevated apartment living experience that goes beyond traditional expectations.
ADC
Founded in 2011 by Rod Hamersley and Adam Zorzi, ADC is driven by a shared vision to reinvigorate some of Perth’s most distinctive neighbourhoods – blending strong project fundamentals with intelligent design and innovative delivery. We connect each neighbourhood’s unique identity with its future potential to deliver strong investment, place and community returns.
With a proven track record in urban revitalisation, ADC has built a portfolio of some of Perth’s most exceptional hospitality, residential commercial and mixed-use precincts and places – Overton Terraces Cottesloe, The Social on Henry, Lyric Theatre Residences Maylands, Freeman Residences North Fremantle, Price Street Subiaco and The Goods Shed in Claremont.
Each is meticulously considered against ADC’s criteria of premier location and amenity, unique character, opportunity for elevated design, and importantly, local impact and legacy.
Mos Lane is exemplary of these qualities.
