At the corner of Samson and Manning Streets, Mos Lane’s ground floor food, beverage and retail conveniences will include an enticing mix of well-known faces and new business operators.

This new destination village will elevate local amenity and choice, providing shopping and dining options for the Mosman Park community to artfully connect with the neighbourhood setting.

As we prepare for construction commencing on site, you will see some of our much loved retailers closing or relocating from the end of March. In good news, most of these well-known faces will be returning in the next iteration of the new contemporary Mos Lane Village, alongside a mix of new best-in-class operators.

Here’s a snapshot of anticipated activity;

Mosman Park Seafoods and BWS Mosman Park will close from the end of March and return to contemporary new spaces in the Mos Lane Village on completion.

Mosman Park Pharmacy will relocate to 118 Wellington Street from the end of March, and will also re-join the new Mos Lane Village on completion.

Bittersweet Bake will close from the end of April.

Fortunately, our friends at Naturally Fresh IGA, Mosman Park will remain operating until the end of April - ensuring our local community have access to daily conveniences over the Easter Break. They will also be reopening in a more contemporary and inviting format within the new Mos Lane Village.

Operated by beloved local operators, the ground floor village will breathe new life into the community, reinforcing Mosman Park’s distinct character.

Returning and new businesses will complement established favourites along Wellington Street —creating a seamless extension of neighbourhood charm.
