Mos Lane’s architectural vision heralds a new chapter for this much-loved suburb – where lifestyle is a sensory experience of comfort, elegance and timeless style.
Melbourne-based architects Nelson + Koo have drawn inspiration from Mosman Park’s enduring
identity – stately homes of refined luxury, native landscapes and tended gardens, sandstone cliffs, the Swan River and Indian Ocean.
Mos Lane encapsulates two signature buildings with common ground floor and residences arranged over four levels, designed to artfully connect with the neighbourhood setting.
Introducing Samson House and Manning House
Each building is named for their sought-after locations, fronting Samson or Manning Streets; their design and layout thoughtfully reflect elements of Mosman Park’s built and natural environment, drawing from surrounding streetscapes and architectural cues.
Designed to feel as though they have always been part of Mosman Park’s community fabric, they accentuate depth and dimension, natural light, textures and materiality, and embrace strong sightlines to create a sense of space.

Timeless style meets refined elegance
Living at Mos Lane is a sensory experience. Colour and materials palettes blend warm siennas, eucalypt tones and golden metallic accents with fixtures and fittings of brushed nickel tapware, sculptural joinery, timber flooring, stone benchtops and feature lighting. Designed to embrace the natural environment, generous outdoor living brings light and texture into each home, while clever design delivers considered storage and purposefully arranged living, entertaining and private spaces.
Curated convenience at your fingertips
Mos Lane is welcoming a new era of neighbourhood convenience through a selected mix of small businesses located to service residents’ daily needs. Pharmacy, wellness studio, florist, seafood, liquor store, barber, grocer, café and bar and restaurant - bringing elevated amenity to Mosman Park. Morning coffee after the gym, grabbing entertaining essentials for social gatherings or taking care of your health and wellbeing – the essentials are catered for at Mos Lane.
“In crafting Mos Lane as an intentional reflection of Mosman Park, our design approach was to embed the buildings into the environment, sitting within the context of Manning Street, Samson Street, the workings of the Swan River, the ocean and the dunes.”
